Starting August 12, we're requiring a 14-day waiting period before your appointment if you or anyone in your household has been ill, traveled out-of-state or to high-risk counties, or have attended gatherings of ten or more people.
Due to COVID-19 and the new normal, our priority is to minimize health risks and prevent the spread of disease. To keep our staff and our customers safe, our new store policies include:
-Thorough and regular cleaning and disinfecting practices.
-Hand sanitizer available for customer use.
-Curbside pick-up available.
-Physical distancing protocols in place.
-Staff and customers required to wear face masks.
-Two people per party.
-Only one party in lobby and one party in fitting area at a time.
-Fittings by appointment only.
-No pets, only service animals.
If you have recently picked up items, we are extending our guarantee period from 30 to 90 days.
If you have items in the shop to be picked up, we are extending our hold period from 30 to 90 days.

What We Do
The Fitting Image offers a full range of alterations, tailoring, restyling, resizing, repairing, and mending.
No appointment necessary; we will always have someone available for fittings.
We request brides make an appointment.
We are not always able to provide a price quote over the phone, however, please visit us with your garment for a complimentary fitting so we can better understand your concerns, provide you with a more accurate price estimate, and prioritize our work to meet your needs.

PLEASE PLAN FOR A TURN-AROUND TIME OF 2 WEEKS.
WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK.
TAGS FROM NEW GARMENTS WILL BE REMOVED UPON ALTERATION.
PLEASE BRING ANYTHING YOU PLAN ON WEARING WITH YOUR GARMENTS TO YOUR FITTING (SHOES, SHOE LIFTS, UNDERGARMENTS, SHAPEWEAR).
WE ARE A FRAGRANCE-FREE SHOP; PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING STRONG SCENTS FOR FITTINGS.
ALL GARMENTS MUST BE CLEAN PRIOR TO BRINGING IN FOR FITTINGS.
WET SUITS MUST BE DRY AND CLEAN PRIOR TO BRINGING IN FOR REPAIRS.
OUR WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR 30 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION. RECEIPT REQUIRED.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF UNCLAIMED GARMENTS AFTER 30 DAYS.
UNCLAIMED GARMENTS WILL BE DISPOSED OF AFTER 6 MONTHS.
WE CANNOT STORE GARMENTS THAT ARE NOT BEING ALTERED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
